Having spent most of life overweight and struggling with disordered mindset around food and myself, I truly understand the struggle of having a body and mindset that works against you. After years of fighting with myself, I’ve finally figured out how not only to work WITH the body and mind but also how to do so from a place of unconditional self appreciation that has set me free beyond my wildest dreams. Now, I want to help other people do the same! It's not about weight loss. It's about building a healthy balanced life lifestyle that will empower you to do create the life of your dreams.
