This week we talk about the fundamental element of movement: Posture!

1. Fonzies: Do this motion 10x as much as you want throughout the day

2. Scap Downs: Do this motion 10x as much as you want throughout the day
3. Neck CARS: Do BIG, SLOW circles 4x in each direction as many times as needed throughout the day

4. Chin Tucks: Do 10 tucks at a time, holding each one for a second at the full range. Make sure to keep those shoulders in good posture! Repeat as much as needed.
