It might feel like it sometimes.
But I promise, there are other people out there working towards the same level of crazy ass dream as you are too.
A few years back, I learned this lesson.
I was trying to take on the world by myself.
Trying to make name for myself.
Trying to be successful.
Trying to stand on my own two feet.
I had been burned by someone that I trusted with my career and livelihood.
I was determined never to put myself and my career at anyones' mercy ever again.
So... I got to work making a name for myself.
But, if I'm being honest, it was super hard... and really exhausting...and kind of lonely.
I was trying to do it all, while learning it all and teaching myself it all... all at the same time.
I get a headache just thinking about those days.
Once I realized that it was going to take FOREVER to get to where I wanted to be, I came to the realization that I needed help.
But I was stuck...
I had very little money, so paying someone to just do everything for me was out. Damn!
I still needed to learn but I didn't have the time to spend in classes or lengthy programs.
I knew I for sure didn't want another boss or investing partner. Most of all, I knew for sure that I would not be spending any more of my time working on someone else's dream.
But I did need help...
This is when I found Team Evolve.
Team Evolve is group of hardworking dreamers exactly like me working independently together.
It's like having a team you can learn from, lean on and rely on without having to compromise any of your ideas, thoughts or ownership. In fact, individuality and creativity is not only encouraged but celebrated! It's the collaborative collective effort of thousands of completely unique and different individuals.
I found all the support, education, training, support, accountability and even PRIVATE COACHING that I needed to progress my business to the next level.. all for free. In fact, they taught me a proven winning system, introduced me to incredible world renowned products and helped me start my business! They even taught this tech-challenged mess how to tick tock! And they all asked was that I show up ready to learn?!?!
(RIGHT! Totally doesn't sound real, but it is).
This was exactly that missing piece I needed.
I had been giving 100% of my time and effort getting an inch at a time in my journey. Exhausted, frustrated and lonely.. my dreams were going to take decades to make happen at that rate.
When I realized that with 100's of like minded, hard working, people working together, if we all just gave 20% of our time and effort we would go 20x faster!
My dreams suddenly became more tangible.
These people were actively making their dreams happen, some where already living their dreams... it was such a no brainer!
One great tip I learned early in life, is that if you are NOT the most novice, most unexperienced, least knowledgable person in the room ... you are in the WRONG ROOM! Aim to be around people that you want to be like. Spend your time with people you admire. We are basically giant walking talking sponges and we become the people we spend most of our time with.
Choose wisely friends!
Team Evolve is that room for me.
Just a few years later, Team Evolve has continued to grow and evolve bringing thousands of ambitions entrepreneurs, dreamers and hardworking individuals along with them. They are continually expanding their services and technology while providing free education and training on every update!
My business has grown like never before, as have my friends' businesses and my new teammates'! My tech knowledge is better than ever. I have met so many amazing people.
I have learned so much it's unbelievable.
I, as a person, have grown like never before.
While I am so thankful to be a "self employed sole proprietor", it would never be possible without the team of thousands of other "self employed sole proprietors" working together to make ALL our dreams happen... Independently together.
As Henry Ford said, "if everyone is moving forward together then success takes care of itself."
