I have put together a list of my absolute favorite workout tools just for you! From setting up the perfect home gym to workouts on the road, I've got you covered with the best tools for maximum results.

BOOTY BANDS

These Booty Bands are the best I’ve found.  Everyone needs some of these for their home gym.  These are essential for the butt and thighs and deliver a great workout with the varied resistance options.  These are great for on-the-go, traveling, mobility exercises and low impact workouts. The package comes with 3 bands of different colors and a carrying bag. Each band has a different resistance level - light, medium, heavy. The bands are nice and thick, so they don’t roll up as you move.  They also have elastic on the back and stay in place over skin and tight fitting pants. You definitely need these, your booty will thank you.

HAND PADS FOR PULL-UPS AND LIFTING

 

These lifting pads are an awesome alternative to gloves for workouts.  They increased grip during training for exercises like pull-ups, rows and any other exercises involving grip strength. They protect against calluses, skin cracks and sweaty and slippery hands.

The neoprene in high-quality and the four finger loops provide an excellent fit. I have been using mine for a few weeks now and they show very few signs of wear and tear. 

 

 

HEAVY RESISTANCE BANDS

These bands are awesome for all workouts.  I literally use them every session.  You can use them for upper body, lower body, mobility, stretching, warmups, assisting pull-ups…they can do so many things! They come in a package of 4 carries resistances ranging from 15lbs of resistance all the way to 125lbs with a single band.  You can double and triple them too. These are well made and durable, a definite for anyone serious about their workouts. 

LOOPED ELASTIC RESISTANCE BANDS

These bands are a staple in my workout gear.  I use them to warm up, mobilize, stretch, and workout.  I love them for upper body and lower body workouts when minimal equipment is available.  They are super portable,  come with a carrying bag and have 5 different resistance levels.  You can literally do thousands of exercises with these

MEDICINE BALLS

Add a fun and explosive element to your workouts with these medicine balls.  They are bouncy and can be used for wall balls and throws.  They are a great size and durable. I love to mix these into my own workouts to add fun cardio circuits.  

PORTABLE DIP BARS

These are a great addition to your home gym.  They are lightweight and portable.  You can adjust the width between the bars, which is a great bonus, plus they connect together for added stability. You can do dips, pull ups, pushups, ab work, barre workouts.. so many exercises.

150-POUND PREMIUM HEX DUMBBELL SET WITH HEAVY DUTY A-FRAME RACK

For the price, this cannot be beat! Nice hex dumbbells weights 5lbs-25lbs.  The rack keeps everything clean, organized and easy to grab as you are working out.  This set will make any home gym look like a professional workout space.

NEOPRENE WORKOUT DUMBBELL SET

These neoprene weights are great for home workouts! The grips are smooth and easy to hold. The rack is the perfect size to store under a table or in a closet. These are a staple for any legit home gym.

GRIPPY PILATES SOCKS

I use these balls pretty much every workout.  They are so handy for so many things.. posture exercises, core exercises, leg work, stability, abs, etc. Everyone needs one of these for workouts, mobility and/or stretching.

RESISTANCE BANDS SET, EXERCISE BANDS WITH DOOR ANCHOR, HANDLES, CARRY BAG, LEGS ANKLE STRAPS

This set is awesome! You will use it all the time.  The bands are so easy to use because they can hook literally anywhere.  The door anchor is great and creates the perfect resistance training system. These are so versatile, portable and functional; these are a great investment for your workouts.

THE BEST ROWING MACHINE

If you are interested in adding rowing into your workout routine, or looking for a calorie burning low impact workout option, the Concept 2 Rower is the best of the best. It delivers an incredibly smooth ride.  Love the options on flywheel resistance and the data pad has nice big number that you can actually see while rowing! This is perfect for home gyms, professional gyms and because it has wheels and moves easily, you can store it anywhere and pull it out when you need it.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER

This is a must have for any home gym.  You can work out every muscle on your body with this baby. It also helps support your weight for support and stabilization for lower body exercises.

I love this for my home gym because it delivers amazing traction in your neck and back, helps me work on back bends, flexibility, core strength, and upper body strength.  You can attach it to ceiling anchors, door frame, pull up bar, play yard bars or even a tree branch.  It is made from parachute material and super strong (up to 600lbs!). Add fun to your workouts and space between your vertebrae, you won’t be sorry.

CEILING / WALL ANCHOR FOR SUSPENSION TRAINING

The Dimok xmount anchors are the best.  Super strong and comes with everything you need to install.  Make sure you drill them into a beam and they can support up to 750lbs! They are perfect for suspension straps, yoga swing, gymnastic rings, boxing equipment, battle rope, yoga swing and resistance band exercises. These make it so quick and easy to have endless workout possibilities.

HOME SQUAT RACK

I have been very happy with this squat rack for my home gym for the price. It is compatible with most Olympic weight plates and Olympic barbells.  I love that I can store weights plus do dips and pull ups with several grip options. The rack does not move when I am hanging and my clients have really enjoyed all the exercise options it delivers.

FLOOR SLIDERS

I love these Dual Sided Gliding Discs for exercise on carpet and hardwood floors.  They add fun cardio options, strength and power options and great modifications for tons of exercises. They are small and portable, these are a great staple for any home gym.

6" AGILITY TRAINING HURDLES

Hurdles are great for agility, speed, coronation and balance training. These are super durable, portable and add a fun element to any workout.
